LGPOA President Michael Crumrine and Secretary Greg Abbink were honored to testify before the Texas House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee on the matter of HB 2059. LGPOA spoke to the benefits of modernized hate crime legislation that enhances punishments for crimes committed on the basis of gender identity or expression.
